Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund free of charge before your makeup items enter production or are shipped. Once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse, order‑cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

Return Eligibility, Time Limit & How to Return

Returns are accepted for all aetherseri cosmetics and skincare products. You must submit your return application within 30 calendar days after you receive your parcel.

Step‑by‑Step Return Instructions

Submit your return application by emailing our customer support at service@aetherseri.com. Provide your valid purchase order receipt for verification. Await our customer‑service reply containing the designated return‑warehouse address. Securely package your product and ship it to the provided return address.

Important: Do not send returned goods directly to our raw‑material manufacturer. Only use the return‑warehouse address supplied by our support team.

Return Requirements

Full‑size (main) products must remain unopened, unused and unswatched to qualify for a return. Once the full‑size product seal is broken, it will no longer be eligible for return. Complimentary trial‑size / sample‑size products may be opened and tested for evaluation purposes, and opening samples will not affect the return eligibility of your unopened full‑size items. Products must be returned with their original, intact packaging, free of scratches, stains or damage.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety purposes, liquid‑form makeup, cream‑based skincare, face masks and lip gloss cannot be returned once their full‑size packaging has been opened.

Return Shipping Cost Rules

Change‑of‑mind return (customer‑initiated personal reason): The customer bears the return‑shipping cost. Customers are liable for at most one‑time shipping fee for the return shipment. No restocking fee will be applied for eligible returns.

Defective / damaged / incorrect item (our error): We will cover all return‑shipping costs.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned goods, you will receive an on‑site message notifying you of the receipt status. We will confirm refund approval or rejection within 3 working days after inspection. If approved, the full payment will be refunded to your original payment account (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Refund arrival time generally ranges from 3‑10 working days after approval. The actual arrival time depends on your payment institution’s processing cycle.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been notified of refund approval but have not received your refund:

Check your bank‑account balance first.
Contact your card‑issuing bank or payment platform to check the refund‑processing progress.
Email our customer support at service@aetherseri.com for assistance in tracking your refund record.

Important Return & Refund Notes

Our team is capable of processing return applications submitted within the 30‑calendar‑day return window. All return restrictions and eligibility rules are fully stated in this policy. Any returns failing to meet the above requirements will not be accepted.
